Laura Crispini

Laura Crispini is a structural geologist and Full Professor at University of Genova (Italy). She took part in eight scientific expedition to Antarctica, working from remote field camps and research vessels, either as geologist, field leader and scientific coordinator. She was part of the core logging teams in International Ocean Discovery Program (IODP) and International Continental Drilling Program (ICDP) expeditions. Her expertise includes geological mapping, microtectonics, the study of geodynamics processes and solid-earth-cryosphere interactions in Polar Regions. Laura loves working in multidisciplinary teams and believes teamwork motivates better outcomes.
